Deputy Youth Work Manager

Now three years into delivery, we are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team and support the next generation of HideOut Youth Zone #NextGenHideOut.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Providing leadership for HideOut’s offer for Junior members (aged 8-12) 
• Supporting the delivery of our holiday programme alongside the Deputy Youth Work Manager 
• Ensuring there is a high quality, creative and fun offer which focuses on the needs of young people
• Supporting an exciting range of activities through youth club provision 
• Managing a team of staff 
• Motivating and encouraging young people to participate fully in sessions
• Developing partnerships
